　　4、本人近期免冠藍(lán)底2寸彩照2張;

　　5、入學(xué)考試費(fèi)350元人民幣。

　　1.學(xué)生經(jīng)過(guò)入學(xué)考試以及提交的入學(xué)申請(qǐng)表后，擇優(yōu)錄取，平均分需達(dá)到B以上。

　　2.憑中考成績(jī)?nèi)雽W(xué)：上海戶籍學(xué)生420分以上，非上海戶籍學(xué)生不低于當(dāng)?shù)仄崭咪浫》謹(jǐn)?shù)線20分以內(nèi)。

　　3.在原所在學(xué)校無(wú)任何不良記錄。

　　收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：

　　1. 學(xué)費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：58000元/年(高三根據(jù)實(shí)際方向而定)

　　2. 雙學(xué)籍注冊(cè)費(fèi)：12000元/年
