　　北大附屬嘉興實驗學(xué)校是由北大青鳥文教集團與嘉興經(jīng)濟開發(fā)區(qū)共同合作創(chuàng)辦的一所集幼兒園、小學(xué)、初中、高中為一體的國際化新型學(xué)校。學(xué)校位于嘉興商務(wù)區(qū)內(nèi)，總用地面積近10萬平方米，總建筑面積約12萬平方米，可容納3000名學(xué)生就讀。Peking University Experimental School (Jia Xing) is an innovative school teaching the Chinese National Curriculum in the junior years and preparing students to be perfect bilingual before entering the International Baccalaureate DP. The school is jointly founded by the government of Jiaxing Economic Development Zone and Beida Jade Culture and Education Group. The school is located at Jiaxing International Business Zone, covering an area of 100,000 square meters, with 120,000 square meters of construction area, and it has the capacity to accommodate up to 3,000 students.

　　課程體系 Curriculum

　　由北京大學(xué)、中國教育科學(xué)研究院及國內(nèi)外教育專家聯(lián)合組成課程研發(fā)團隊，圍繞學(xué)校辦學(xué)理念和育人目標(biāo)設(shè)計開發(fā)北大附屬實驗學(xué)校自主課程體系。借鑒并融合IB國際課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和框架，課程理念先進前沿，課程結(jié)構(gòu)科學(xué)合理，課程內(nèi)容豐富多樣，課程特色鮮明突出。

　　Peking University Experimental School curricula are designed by curriculum research and development teams that consist of experts from Peking University, National Institute Of Education Sciences and domestic and foreign educators, with full understanding of our educational philosophy and objectives. The IB philosophy, mission and learner’s profile are fully integrated into the curriculum.

　　1.傳統(tǒng)文化教育 Traditional Cultural Education

　　將國學(xué)誦讀、經(jīng)典閱讀、隨筆寫作、影視鑒賞、傳統(tǒng)文化等與國標(biāo)語文課程相結(jié)合，開設(shè)獨具特色的大語文課程，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生深厚的中華傳統(tǒng)文化底蘊和人文素養(yǎng)。

　　Traditional culture education is consisted of Sinology reading, classics reading, essay writing, movie appreciation, local culture appreciation and national course, to cultivate students with profound traditional cultural awareness and humanistic quality.

　　2.跨文化理解與交流 Cross-cultural Understanding and Communication

　　通過個性化英語課程及國際游學(xué)課程，提高學(xué)生英語閱讀與表達(dá)能力，開闊學(xué)生文化視野，培養(yǎng)理解多元文化的能力與胸襟，培養(yǎng)跨文化交流的意識與能力，促進不同語言、文化間的交流和溝通，使學(xué)生成為具有國際情懷的人。

　　We offer extensive and selected English courses and international study field trips to improve students' English reading and speaking ability, to help students to understand cultural diversity, to cultivate an understanding of cross-cultural communication and to promote exchange and communication in different languages, for the purpose of developing students’ international-mindedness.

　　3.北大紅船品格教育 Peking University Red Boat Spirit Education

　　以品格關(guān)鍵詞為核心，融合北大精神與嘉興紅船文化，自主開發(fā)了北大紅船體驗式品格課程，關(guān)注細(xì)節(jié)，重視體驗，在日常學(xué)習(xí)與生活中幫助學(xué)生形成受益一生的卓越品格。

　　Peking University Red Boat Spirit education is affiliated with Peking University spirit with the red boat culture of Jia Xing city.

　　4.以探究為核心的超學(xué)科主題課程 Trans-disciplinary Curriculum with Inquiry Study at the Core

　　在教師引導(dǎo)下，學(xué)生自主選題、自主設(shè)計探究方案，圍繞六大主題開展超學(xué)科的探究實踐活動，培養(yǎng)好奇心與感知力，通過綜合性的知識學(xué)習(xí)與技能訓(xùn)練，發(fā)展對概念的理解，養(yǎng)成積極的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度，鼓勵主動探究和思維創(chuàng)新，激發(fā)責(zé)任心和行動力，培養(yǎng)有未來競爭力的精英人才。

　　With teacher's guidance, students select topics and design research projects independently and conduct trans-disciplinary learning activities around six themes, enhancing their curiosity and perceptive understanding. With comprehensive learning and skills training, students develop understanding of concepts, attitudes, creative and critical thinking, encouraging active exploration and innovative thinking, also responsible action and excellence. These aspects are taught in the junior and middle years.

　　5.STEM核心素養(yǎng) STEM Core Literacy

　　關(guān)注科學(xué)、技術(shù)、工程、數(shù)學(xué)四大科學(xué)領(lǐng)域，關(guān)注學(xué)科知識融通、邏輯思維訓(xùn)練與綜合能力培養(yǎng)，開發(fā)利用家長、社會、政府、企業(yè)、媒體、社會名人、工程師和科學(xué)家等多領(lǐng)域、多類型資源，全方位培養(yǎng)學(xué)生科技素養(yǎng)和創(chuàng)新能力。

　　STEM core literacy focuses on four major science areas that cover science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, also focuses on a mixture of subjects, logical thinking and skills training. It develops and utilizes various fields with resources such as parents, society, governments, enterprises, media, celebrities, engineers and scientists. Students then can enhance their technological literacy and innovation ability in all directions.

　　6.生活即教育 Life as an Education Philosophy

　　奉行全面育人理念，提供寄宿制服務(wù)，學(xué)校秉承陶行知先生“生活即教育”的思想，融教育于生活，從日常生活的細(xì)節(jié)做起培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的基本生活能力、人際交往能力與自我管理能力等。

　　We pursue comprehensive educational philosophy, provide boarding services, and inherit Tao Xingzhi's “life is education philosophy”, which embeds education in daily life. The philosophy also develops the students' basic skills, such as interpersonal skill and self management.

　　7.運動與健康 Sport and Fitness

　　通過個人項目、團隊項目、水上運動、防身技能、耐力鍛煉等體育課程活動培養(yǎng)學(xué)生優(yōu)秀的身體素質(zhì)、過硬的意志品質(zhì)和良好的團隊協(xié)作能力。

　　We offer a wide range of sports and after school activities which cater for individuals, teams and qualities such as sportsmanship.

　　8.才藝與審美 Talent and the Arts

　　根據(jù)興趣選擇聲樂、美術(shù)、樂器、書法、舞蹈、設(shè)計、戲劇等才藝課程，每人至少掌握一門才藝，通過多樣化的藝術(shù)課程培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的審美素養(yǎng)、鑒賞能力和高雅氣質(zhì)。

　　Students will have a wide range of optional classes, such as music, visual and fine art, calligraphy, dancing, handcraft and drama based on their interests.

　　錄取流程 Admission Process

　　報名后須參加學(xué)校的入學(xué)評估，由招生辦通知結(jié)果，并向具備入學(xué)資格的學(xué)生發(fā)放錄取通知書，學(xué)生按通知書要求報到入學(xué)。

　　Students are required to take our admission tests as part of their application and if successful they will be offered a place.
